The Federal Board of Intermediate &Secondary Education is an examination Board. It is located in Islamabad. FBISE was established under the act 1975. It is an autonomous body of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. The Board has the empowered with administrative and financial authority to organize, regulate, develop and control Intermediate and Secondary Education in general and conduct examinations in the institutions affiliated with it.
